Deeds :
Monday : driving range... plus a 4km run... another 1.2km walk...
Tuesday : hip hop class...
Wed : nil
Thurs : nil
Friday : 2.4km run... 200m walk...
Saturday : driving range, swim about 600m, 3km run plus couple of 100s metres walk...
Sunday : run... 4km thereabts... plus couple of 100s of metres of walking...

gawd... hmmm... Pasir Ris is awesome to run. Windy.... woot...
